A joint program of the 91快播 (UOG) and the Department of Chamorro Affairs (DCA), I Sagan Fandipositon Kottur氓t 骋耻氓丑补苍 provides Code of Federal Regulations-compliant curatorial services and back-of-house research operations for the Guam Museum. At the same time, it works alongside UOG's Micronesian Area Research Center to serve as a leading educational and research facility for cultural scholars and practitioners in the region interested in 骋耻氓丑补苍's tangible and intangible heritage.  
 
Many of the archaeological collections placed at I Sagan Fandipositon Kottur氓t 骋耻氓丑补苍 have been displaced or removed owing to large-scale developments among other impacts caused by militarization, tourism, and other construction projects in 骋耻氓丑补苍. I Sagan Fandipositon Kottur氓t 骋耻氓丑补苍 strongly supports preservation in situ (in place), however, through which a better understanding and respect of 骋耻氓丑补苍's special cultural and historical landscape can be realized for the people of 骋耻氓丑补苍 and future generations.
