About

The UOG Self-Service website replaced the WebAdvisor system in Fa帽omn氓kan 2024. Self-Service currently allows staff and faculty to perform common online operations such as time entry, time approval, access tax information, and more.

Enabled Services Description
Submit weekly time entries. 
Review, modify, and comment on employee time entries in your unit.
Approve, reject, and comment on employee time entries in your unit.
View emloyee electronic W-2 statements.
Employee Overview View earning statements (pay advices) current benefits, position history, and more!
To assign ad-hoc, temporary employee specific Self-Service duties (e.g., Time Keeper and/or Time Approver), please fill out Self Service Authorization Update Form and submit to the Payroll Office.

Self-Service will be available 24/7 except for the the following maintenance periods.

Mon, Tue, Th, Fri: 7pm -12:30am
Wed: 7pm - 1:30am

Sat: 5pm - 12:30am
