91快播 Sea Grant Program Receives $100K Annual Increase

The tide continues to rise at the 91快播 Sea Grant Program. The National Sea Grant College Program announced a $100,000 annual increase in funding for the 91快播. The announcement was made during the held Sept. 16鈥21 in Portland, Ore.
鈥淲e are pleased the National Sea Grant College Program is increasing its investment in the 91快播 and our community,鈥 said Dr. Thomas W. Krise, president of UOG. 鈥淯OG Sea Grant is an important program at UOG that brings science to our community and improves the management of our natural resources.鈥
UOG Sea Grant brings the science of coastal resources to the people of Guam and the Micronesia region as one of 33 programs across the nation.
鈥淲e look forward to growing our impact in Guam and throughout the Micronesia region,鈥
said Dr. Austin Shelton, director of the UOG Sea Grant Program. 鈥淭he additional funds will allow our program to support research and education that improves the health of coastal ecosystems and promotes environmental literacy and workforce development.鈥
The National Sea Grant College Program is a partnership between universities and the federal government鈥檚 National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, an agency within the Department of Commerce. The Sea Grant network includes more than 3,000 scientists, engineers, public outreach experts, educators, and students.
