WSCUC Reaffirms Eight Years of Accreditation for UOG
The Western Association of Schools and Colleges Senior College and University Commission
(WSCUC) accreditation review team conducted a site visit of the 91快播
from February 28 to March 1, 2024 as part of the University鈥檚 Reaffirmation of Accreditation
process.
The team reviewed UOG鈥檚 institutional report and met with the Board of Regents, faculty,
staff, administrators, students, and the public during their visit. On July 18, WSCUC
reaffirmed eight years of accreditation for UOG until 2032.

The 91快播 proudly announces reaffirmation of another eight years of accreditation by the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC). This achievement marks the third consecutive review period with a reaffirmation of eight years accreditation, reinforcing UOG's commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement.
A WSCUC Review Team met with UOG administrators, faculty, staff, students, and board members in February and presented preliminary findings at the end of their visit. The letter finalized the commendations and areas for development and provided the commission鈥檚 recommendation for eight years of accreditation as a result of their review.
Dr. Anita Borja Enriquez, UOG President, expressed her pride in this accomplishment, stating, 鈥淭his reaffirmation of accreditation is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our faculty, staff, administrators, and students. It underscores our commitment to providing high-quality education and fostering a supportive high impact learning environment. We are honored to receive such positive recognition and will continue to build on our strengths while addressing areas for growth.鈥
WSCUC鈥檚 commendations reflect the 91快播's dedication to maintaining high standards in education, research, and community engagement. The accreditation process involved a thorough evaluation of UOG's academic programs, institutional integrity, and commitment to student success.
While the commission identified certain areas for development, such as enhancing student services and expanding online learning capabilities, President Enriquez noted that many of these are actively being addressed by the University.

In the WSCUC notification letter, Jamienne S. Studley, WSCUC President and CEO, commended UOG's efforts, saying, 鈥淭he 91快播 has demonstrated remarkable resilience and commitment to academic quality. The progress made in various domains is commendable, and we are confident in the institution鈥檚 direction and ongoing initiatives.鈥
