Follow-through on student participation on the Academic Review Committees, as indicated in the Senate Bylaws. Senate President will work with the SGA president on identifying students to serve on these committees.

Curriculum Requests Digital workflow will start again this AY. Word-formatted versions of the curriculum documents will replace the existing PDF versions.

SenatePresident will meet with the various SCs and ARCs to discuss the committee鈥檚 objectives for this academic year.

Workwith VP-IE/UAC on improving assessment programming for academic and co-curricular programs.

Recuit and identify six members to serve on Promotion and Tenure Committee

Make recommendations on candidates for honary degrees

Make recommendations for Faculty Travel Grant

Plan and deliver the 2023 Faculty Development Day

Attend the Board of Regents meetings; attend the BOR Academic, Personnel and Tenure sub-committee meetings

Engage with other Standing Committees that align with Faculty excellence.

Other activities

Complete the report of Deans' Evaluations.

Revise Deans' Evaluations instrument.

Complete the senior administrators' evaluation instrument, obtain IRB and conduct the evaluation.

Seek input from other committees about other possible goals or needs for evaluations.

Attend Board of Regent committee meetings above as they pertain to UOG Physical Facilities, Investments, the Budget, Finance & Audit, and the UPBAC as an observer of Faculty Senate
