The three new 鈥淧erpetual Choral Award鈥 winners battle to wear the choir鈥檚 traditional Boar Necklace and Professor Randall Johnson looks on.

Three new Latte Tone singers were bestowed the honor of wearing the choir鈥檚 Boar Necklace at a concert last month. The honor is a tradition since 1992 for students who have been in the choir for eight semesters. Additionally, the students鈥 names have been added to a plaque as recipients of the 鈥淧erpetual Choral Award.鈥

The award was created by Professor of Music Randall D. Johnson and now has 41 students and former students who can claim the title. Many are now leading musicians and music educators in Guam.

The three students inducted in May were Aaron Tydingco, Rhojine Javinal, and Diane Lubas.
