The journal serves as a forum to share empirical findings, literature reviews, theoretical perspectives, and practical applications.

This volume鈥檚 works are authored by 91快播 faculty members. It also includes one piece by a UOG student as well.

鈥淲e hope to publish more students in the future,鈥� said Professor Christopher Schreiner, editor of the publication along with Professor Yukiko Inoue-Smith.

The research papers cover topics of developing culturally specific sexual misconduct policies for campuses in Micronesia, implementing math research experiences for undergraduate UOG students, and redefining success among university students in the knowledge age.

The critical essays explore philosophies on human responsibility with the environment, bioregionalism, and the disinterest in originality among creative writers today.

鈥淏y chance, we published three different writing pertaining to ecology and sustainability issues,鈥� Schreiner said, which is a highlight for this volume and is a topic on which the journal could potentially publish a special issue in the future.

Call for submissions

The School of Education is accepting submissions for its 29^th volume to be published in Fa帽omn氓kan (Jan.-May) 2021. The journal will be expanding its focus to include submissions from educators, researchers, administrators, and scholars in disciplines outside of education, from scholars are teachers in the greater Oceanic and Asia Pacific regions, and from creative writers, essayists, and reviewers knowledgeable in developments that impact education.

Submissions are due by Dec. 31, 2020.
