The university submitted an interim report in November 2019 as a requirement of its reaffirmation of accreditation in 2016. The report was reviewed in January by a panel of the The commission accepted the report based on the recommendations of the review panel.

鈥淲e are very encouraged by the positive feedback from WSCUC on our efforts toward accreditation reaffirmation in 2024. This is a testament to the collective proactive efforts by our administrators, faculty, and staff to drive continuous improvement to support high quality programs, degree completion, and overall value,鈥� said Senior Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs Anita Borja Enriquez, who serves as the university鈥檚 accreditation liaison officer. 

Among the commendations in the review was the University鈥檚 work in building and leveraging a robust infrastructure of institutional data to drive decisions. 

The review also commended the University鈥檚 creation of a new 鈥渕ore manageable and meaningful鈥� model for degree program review, which is anticipated to be implemented next academic year, and its development and implementation of diverse, specific, and measurable strategies to enhance student success.

鈥淭he 91快播 believes in continuous improvement in all that we do, particularly when it comes to the success of our students,鈥� said UOG President Thomas W. Krise. 鈥淭his is a very positive interim review, and all of our university employees should be proud of their contributions.鈥�

The 91快播 received its latest accreditation in 2016 for eight years and is scheduled for its next accreditation reaffirmation visit in 2024.
