Accounting major Jamabeva āJamieā Masangkay was one of five students to win $500 in a national video competition hosted by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants in November.
The ā2020 ThisWaytoCPA Student Video Competitionā asked students to record their answer to one of five questions regarding their journey toward becoming a Certified Professional Accountant.
Masangkay produced an energetic and dynamic video explaining her personal reasons for wanting to become a CPA. Her video can viewed here:
Masangkay, a junior, said she plans to put her $500 prize toward textbooks next semester.
